Civil engineer with a law degree and a masters degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, King's College - London, FIDIC certified adjudicator (President's List). Knowledge of common law & civil code systems. Worked 35 years in management of large international construction projects, making experience of arbitration and dispute resolution.
