As an Operations Manager at Hassan Allam Utilities, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in the various sectors. I have more than 10 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, with a proven track record of negotiating, reviewing, and administering contracts, claims, and disputes for large-scale construction projects.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, and I hold a certificate from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). I also have completed several professional programs in project management and contract administration from the American University in Cairo. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to contribute to the sustainable development and growth of the utilities industry in Egypt and the region.
