A total of 30 years of diversified experience in the full range of projects’ planning, coordination, project controls, management, tender evaluation and contracts administration, having participated in a wide range of infrastructure, road, airport, building, healthcare, marine, railway, and oil and gas projects in the Middle East, the Arab Gulf region, North of Africa and the CIS. Within DAR Group’s Project Management and Contracts Dept., he assisted with the creation and headed the Planning/Project Controls Unit of several Engineers dedicated to handling proposal preparation, pre-contract, post-contract and other project management services. Prior to joining DAR Group, Mr. Daniel undertook several freelance construction consultancy assignments for major Investors, Developers and International Contractors for various prestigious Projects. Prior to this, he worked with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and its JV Partners (McConnell Dowell, Saipem, Bechtel, Tecnimont, Hochtief) in many projects located in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Academic background coupled with diversified work experience have enabled to acquire extensive knowledge of construction contracts elements and control techniques from pre-contract and post-contract perspectives, contract document preparation, claims and tender analysis, cost/progress control, construction planning and scheduling, and contract administration. As a result of previous record of substantial involvement in construction works, offered positive contributions to combine both the Consultant's and the Contractor's outlooks regarding construction issues, which, together with engineering background, are among the assets that have contributed towards shaping up Mr. Daniel's professional expertise.
