Deputy Attorney General of the Maldives from 2019 to 2023, and a practicing lawyer in the Maldives from 2007. Proficient in issuing legal advice on civil and commercial matters, and in preparing and vetting legal documents related to commercial transactions. Trained in mediation and international arbitration. Involved in an international mediation at the Singapore International Mediation Centre and multiple international arbitrations, working closely with international law firms that represented the government. Has experience litigating before the Civil Court, High Court, and Supreme Court of the Maldives.
