Niall is a Senior Counsel practising primarily in commercial and public law, media and property law and regularly represents parties in commercial mediations and arbitrator, as well as routinely appearing before the Irish Superior Courts. He also regularly acts as an adjudicator in property disputes. Niall is a member of the Bar of Ireland (2001, Senior Counsel 2023), the Bar of Northern Ireland (2018) and the Bar of England and Wales (2019). He is also a current member of the Irish National Committee of the ICC and the Bar of Ireland Arbitration and ADR Committee. Niall co-authored The Irish Law of Specific Performance (Bloomsbury Professional).
