LMN Legal, P.A. is a boutique, minority, female-owned construction law and mediation firm serving both domestic and international individuals and companies with issues relating to new and existing construction of residential, multi-use and commercial projects. Ms. Naghshineh is a Qualified International Institute of Mediation Mediator and a Certified Singapore Institute of Mediation Mediator. LMN Legal, P.A. provides online and in-person domestic and international facilitative mediation services for all aspects of construction disputes both pre-litigation and during litigation.
LMN Legal, P.A. also provides pre-construction contract review and negotiation, including scope of work contracts, financing agreements, sales agreements, contract administration, as well as analyzing insurance needs and coverage issues using a vast network of owners, insurers, vendors, and purchasers, and ensures compliance with relevant Florida statutes governing construction contracts. Represents clients pursuing claims of breach of construction contracts, lien foreclosures, bond and surety claims, and construction defects and deficiencies pursuant to Chapters 558 and 718, Fla. Stat., among other claims, as well as post-judgment collections. Defends client against these same types of claims.
