Currently, he is the Managing Director of Pro Consort Consultancy Pte. Ltd., a Chartered Building Surveying, Chartered Building Engineering, Project Management, Property Management, Claims and Alternate Dispute Resolution Consultancy practice since 1999.

In total, he has 40 years’ experience in the Construction and Property Development Industry in areas spanning from Project Management of Construction Projects from Multi-Storey High Rised Buildings, Hotel, Housing and Commercial Buildings, Design of Hotels and Spacing Planning of Bank Branch Renovations, Estimating and Tender Documentation. He is currently active in the practice of Arbitration, Adjudication, Mediation, Expert Witness and Construction Claims Consultancy.
