Independent arbitrator that previously worked for over 35 years at leading law firms in San Francisco, Seoul, and Tokyo. Served as arbitrator or counsel in over 70 arbitrations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, administered by the ICC, ICDR, AAA, CPR, SIAC, HKIAC, JAMS, and KCAB International. Also served as counsel in numerous lawsuits in the U.S. courts involving patents and other IP, as well as other commercial disputes. Familiar with diverse technology, including computer software and hardware, biotech, medical devices, semiconductors, electronics, and mechanical devices. Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Member of the Tech List of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.
