Mr. Tan Yueqi, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Observer of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(UNCITRAL), practical tutor for LLM of Law School of Renmin University of China(one of the first-tier universities in China), specializes in international commercial arbitration & litigation and M&A. He joins the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center’s List of Arbitrators. He is also listed on panel of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration(SCIA) and Wuhan Arbitration Centre(WHAC) , and he has conducted more than 300 arbitral cases up to now. He has also represented Chinese and foreign clients in cases conducted in High Court of Hong Kong Special Administration Region, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), CIETAC, SCIA, etc. He has significant experience working as counsel and arbitrator on disputes involving international sale of goods, cross-border investment, construction projects and M&A with governing laws including PRC law and Common Law etc.

Mr. Tan Yueqi has worked for many years at a series of famous domestic law firms, where he has been responsible for managing the firm’s international matters. He has got a PhD degree on private international law and was admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong as a foreign lawyer.
