A Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in International Project Planning and Scheduling in large, complex Engineering and Construction projects. Mohamed worked in various sectors, including Energy (Oil & Gas and Renewables), Rail, Infrastructure, and Buildings, and in different roles, Owners, Consultancy (PMC), and Contractors, with extensive and diverse expertise in CPM Schedule Development and Schedule Reviews, Systems and Processes and Procedures establishment, and Forensic Schedule Analysis. Mohamed's experience has allowed him to serve as a Consultant to Infrastructure Ontario (IO), a Crown agency of the Province of Ontario, Canada, that supports the Ontario government's initiatives to modernize and maximize the value of public infrastructure and real estate. Mohamed is now helping one of the world's most visionary developers (Red Sea Global) deliver projects that enhance the well-being of customers, communities, and environments.
