Dear Sirs,
I practice since 1995. I have a degree in Russian law and hold a Master of Laws degree of the University of Manchester.
Internationally I act as arbitrator and party representative in international commercial arbitration. Other international legal matters of commercial nature is also an area of my expertise.
In Russia related matters I act as arbitrator and party representative in Russian domestic arbitration, represent clients in state Russian courts and before Russian counterparties and state authorities.
Along with disputes resolution, I have broad M&A experience, advise clients on various business law matters and manage complex legal projects both in Russia and Internationally.
