Personal bio
I have 30 years construction experience having worked for professional quantity surveying practices, developers and building contractors in the United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I have Chartered Status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am also an author of books on quantity surveying and cost and commercial management of construction projects from inception to completion.
