I am an experienced planning and controls manager with strong experience in forensic delay analysis and drafting extension of time claims.
Throughout 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I have led the planning and delay analysis teams in mega building and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and the United States, working for contractors and management consultants.
My experience is diverse with demonstrated exposure to different building and infrastructure projects. During my involvement in these projects, he contributed to drafting, negotiating, and resolving several compensable extensions of time disputes.
In terms of academic qualifications, I have a master’s degree in construction project management from Heriot-Watt University in addition to a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Besides, I have a profound legal knowledge by being a full member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators since 2019.
