• Board Member, Arbitration and Settlement Center at Saudi Bar Association. • Arbitrator in a number of arbitration cases, Saudi law (including one with PCA and one with ICC). • Committee member in the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers for drafting the Implementing Regulations of the Saudi Arbitration Law, representing Ministry of Commerce. • Founder CEO of SCCA (leading the establishment stage, April 2015 – December 2017) • One of the team for drafting SCCA Arbitration and Mediation Rules, Code of Ethics for Arbitrators, Mediators and Parties (2016). • Representing the Kingdom in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Working Group II: Arbitration and Conciliation, Dispute Settlement. • Participating in many workshops and group discussion with Saudi and international lawyers about arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards. • Trainer in 2-day Arbitration training courses (one for Judges and another for STC in-house counsels. In addition to number of workshops and discussion groups with judiciary in issues related to arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards.
