Personal bio
I am a Ph.D. in law. The sphere of my scientific interests includes civil procedure, ADR, especially arbitration and mediation. I am the author of more than 10 research articles and the book devoted to different problems of civil procedure and arbitration (please, see my profiles in Google scholar and ELibrary). I have been working as a lecturer in the Department of civil procedure at the Ural State Law University (Yekaterinburg, Russia) since 2016. So, I am a lector of the following disciplines: Сivil Procedure, Commercial Procedure, International Commercial Arbitration, Judicial Administrative Proceedings, Enforcement Proceedings, Mediation. Also, I work as an Assistant in the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institution of Modern Arbitration. My main function here is the administration of arbitration, including procedural documents drafting and case preparation for oral hearings. As well as I do institutional and legal work related to the preparation of articles, requests, analysis of Russian and foreign case law.
