Personal bio
Over the 29 years of my practice, Craig has been counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitrations. I have sat as a neutral in professional conduct hearings and other administrative hearings (including appeal proceedings) for the Law Society of British Columbia. Craig generally acts in commercial and business disputes. His particular areas of specialization include shareholder remedies, trust, pension and fiduciary disputes, securities and transactional litigation, product liability, mining disputes and real estate litigation.
