I possess 20 years of international experience in the field of project management, cost management and dispute resolution on high profile projects within large developers, cost consultants, and first tier contractors at senior/managerial level in the MENA region. I have worked in Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Serbia, and I am managing key client accounts and projects such as Al Futtaim Group Real Estate Development, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Emaar Properties, Eagle Hills, US Army Corps of Engineers and USAID. I have experience working in various sectors such as mixed-use development, residential, commercial, retail, educational, hospitality, healthcare and industrial. This involves both ground-up construction and fit-out. I am a Board Member on the RICS Egypt Advisory Board. I am also supporting the RICS by acting as counsellor for candidates in Africa and the Middle East, and as an Assessor of Preliminary and Final Submissions, and Interviews Panels Members.
