Personal bio
After conducted arbitrations as counsel for over 25 years, Marty retired from Norton Rose Fulbright in 2017 as Litigation Practice Group Chair. Since 2018 she has sat as an Independent Arbitrator in numerous domestic and international disputes related to resource management, pipelines, mining, construction, pharmaceuticals and general commercial matters. She has been appointed as sole arbitrator and as part of 3 person tribunals, including as Chair.
