I would like to introduce myself, my name is Syed Shareef presently working in Dubai (UAE), as a Managing QS for one of the most reputed international consultants in the construction industry. I have over Eighteen (18) years of experience in the construction industry, including gulf region and India, I have been working in the Middle East including Dubai (UAE), Doha (Qatar) & Riyadh, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) for the last 17 years. I have done my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have extensive experience in quantity surveying, pre & post contracts, been involved in commercial and estimation operations for M/s De Leeuw International, M/s Aecom Arabia, M/s. Davis Langdon, M/s. Dutco Balfour Beatty Group, M/s. Amana Group & M/s Dar al Herman. During my professional tenure of 18 years, I have performed PTE, Estimation & Costing, Pre and Post contracts, commercial Quantity Surveying, VOs preparation, EOT claims & Subcontractors Interim and final Payment Certificates for Infrastructure, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Institutional and Hospitality Projects.
