FIDIC Certified Adjudicator with thirteen years of experience in the resolution of contractual disputes in the international construction industry. Involved in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, from submission and defence of claims to the referral of disputes to FIDIC Dispute Boards and international arbitration. Acted on behalf of contractors as counsel in Dispute Board and ICC arbitration proceedings against employers from CIS and Central Asian countries.
