Expertise in residential property, particularly high value, development schemes, development land, investments and portfolios.
Expertise in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, apart-hotels and hostels.
Extensive experience in unusual properties often of a trade related or quasi residential nature. Examples being the Ricoh Stadium Coventry; The Artists Rifles Shooting Club Bisley; The Ultimate Penthouse Point West; The Fairmont Hotel Monaco. Fulham Gas Works. Drive Thru Restaurants and Cafe's.
