Personal bio
I have lead three successful adjudications to date for companies I have worked for previously. The low number that have resulted in dispute demonstrates that on a daily basis I am resolving disputes and agreeing accounts with clients to ensure that we avoid the need for ADR. My first degree was in Law and German, when I moved into the world of construction I undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, later merging my interest in law with my experience in construction by studying for a Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration and joining the CIArb. The last 10 years have been spent developing a successful commercial and finance department at a construction firm (before this I held senior positions with main contractors) and I am now consulting for companies, assisting them with their projects.
