Mr Louis-Jean Charles Edouard Germain Master of engineering (Construction), Master of law (Construction Law and Arbitration)

Louis-Jean has over 15 years’ experience in the provision of negotiation, contract, commercial, quantum, estimating, claims and dispute resolution advice to international contractors in oil & gas engineering, procurement, and construction industries, and building construction industries. Louis-Jean has an extensive experience on LNG projects, notably Yamal LNG (16.5 MTPA), LNG Canada (13 MTPA), for both modules fabrication and construction activities.

Louis-Jean holds dual master’s degrees in engineering and laws. During the course of his career Louis-Jean has held positions as contract, claim and cost control manager for Technip, JGC and Fluor. Louis-Jean worked in China, Japan, Korea, Russia and France, and speaks multiple languages.

Louis-Jean is owner and Director at Joyan Consulting and is a FIDIC certified adjudicator.
