Brian Allan is Managing Director of the commercial and dispute resolution firm QSI Consultancy Group and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of construction industry experience covering Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. His expertise includes construction claims and expert witness testimony (quantum). In addition to being a Fellow of both the RICS and CIArb, Brian holds a Masters degree in International Construction Law, is an RICS Registered Expert Witness and an HKIAC Accredited Mediator.
