Ms Madeline Kimei Arbitrator, Mediator, Adjudicator, ADR/ODR Expert

Madeline is the visionary founder of iResolve a boutique arbitration practice established in 2014. She has over 15 years experience as a practicing Advocate representing parties in mediation and arbitration. She takes on appointments as arbitrator, mediator or adjudicator. Kimei has vast knowledge of the ICC, EDF, KIAC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, TIArb and CRCICA Rules. Ms. Kimei further serves as an arbitral secretary in complex disputes.
She is the current President of Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb), a consultant to the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). On the international arena, Ms. Kimei served 2 terms as a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, ICC Africa Commission and the ICC Commission on ADR and arbitration. She is an active member of the LCIA's User's Counsel; the SIAC's Africa User's Council and also member of the LACIAC Court of Arbitration.
