Robert has extensive domestic and international experience in leading large-scale, high profile and complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, including international commercial arbitrations conducted under the HKIAC, ICC, UNICTRAL and SIAC Rules. Robert has acted for large multinational companies in relation to disputes across Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure disputes as well as those relating to the energy & resources and information technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
