Practice pre- and post-contractual procedures IPA and IPC, value engineering, cost reports, procurement, negotiation, sub-contractor administration costing, estimation, variation, and up to the final bill. I have used and administered different forms of contracts, such as FIDIC & ICTAD, and different measurement methods, such as CESSM, NRM, POMI, and SLS 573.
