Personal bio
My workload is split between acting as the Tribunal, generally as Adjudicator or Expert in Expert Determination and as party representative in all dispute resolution formats within the construction/engineering/process plant environment. I act as mentor on the RICS adjudicator's panel and for the SCL. I am lead author of the Guidance Notes For Surveyors Acting as Party Representatives due to be published by the RICS in 2022 and marker for the RICS EMEA Expert Determination course.
