Maria is a Russian-qualified lawyer specialising in litigation and international arbitration in a wide range of domestic, offshore and multi-jurisdictional disputes. She has been involved in complex proceedings before Russian state courts and international arbitration tribunals and developed a particular expertise on commercial and corporate contentious matters, domestic and cross-border bankruptcy, and restructuring proceedings. Maria advises clients on matters related to international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration and has experience acting for corporates and financial institutions in international disputes under various arbitration rules, including the Rules of the LCIA, ICC and ICAC.
