My knowledge of Alternative Dipute Resolution stems from successful completion of an LLM in Construction Law and Ajdudication from Robert Gordon University. ADR occurs in most construction contracts that I have been engaged on over the years but most recently in defending a claim on an onshore electric substation that went to adjudication with a claim value of £10 million.
