Cover Letter of Curriculum Vitae I’ve been with combined and interdisciplinary study and career background, taking international work experience in capital market and M&A sector for 17 years. With international and interdisciplinary study background of law and finance, combined with practical working experience in overseas (Frankfurt and Hong Kong), mainland China, I have been as a senior management in state-owned enterprises and listed public company in a variety of sectors and cultures, achieved excellent results as a leader. About 17 years of career development, I have been responsible for the IPO of two Hong Kong listed companies, one Germany listed company (in Frankfurt Stock Exchange) and one domestic listed company (in Shanghai Stock Exchange), as well as in charge of the post-listing capital operation and refinancing, securities supervision and overseas investment sector. I am familiar with Overseas and mainland investment and financing environments, with kind securities legal practice, restructuring and merger and other capital operation knowledge. Being able to independently operate the overseas listing of different types of enterprises, specialized with the acquisition and reorganization of corporate assets, I could independently take charge of project planning and implementation. I hold a master's degree in law from Germany (University of Saarland), a master's degree in accounting from Australia (UNSW), a bachelor's degree in law from Tsinghua University, and a bachelor's degree in management (accounting) from another university in China.
