Anas AlSaadi is a Senior Consultant at HKA - the global brand that unites the former Construction Claims and Consulting Group of Hill International and associated subsidiaries. He is a legally qualified Civil Engineer and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, adept at contract administration and project controls, commercial management, and quantum and delay analysis. Anas has proven skills in implementing and leading dispute resolution procedures, claims preparation and commercial management of complex construction works. He is also an RICS Registered Expert Witness in delay and quantum matters. Anas has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a track record in project delivery in a variety of capacities, including cost engineer, planner, contracts manager, and claims and dispute resolution consultant. As a specialist consultant, he advised owners, engineers, contractors and their counsel on claims preparation and rebuttal of claims, delay analysis, and contract administration. His project experience includes a number of high-profile projects throughout the Middle East and Australia, including power plants, oil and gas installations, buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
