Khaled is the Chief Legal Counsel of Qatar international Center for Conciliation and Arbitration. Khaled graduated from Faculty of Law - Cairo University in Egypt and obtained his Masters (L.L.M) from the same university. Khaled also holds LLM degree from University of London (UCL). Khaled acted as Lawyer for several Companies, Clients and Contractors in major construction and commercial disputes over the past 13 years throughout Qatar and Egypt. Khaled has an extensive experience of drafting and reviewing several kinds of contracts and has recently been involved in the drafting of various contracts for a multi-million dollar projects in Qatar, which enhances his experience as to management of dispute resolution. Khaled participated as a leading counsel in several construction, banking disputes including; international arbitration, before ICC, LCIA and QICCA, as well as participating in litigation for over 1000 cases before Qatari Courts. Khaled is a licensed attorney before the Egyptian Courts
