Personal bio
I have over 20 years of industry experience in the working environment of Main Contractor, Project Delivery Partner (PDP) and Claim Consultant, predominantly relating to projects within the high-rise building and infrastructure sectors. I am experienced in forensic delay analysis, encompassing preparation, review, assessment, evaluation and recommendation for Extension of Time claims. Additionally, I assist Expert Witness in preparing and reviewing Expert Witness Reports on matters related to delay claims as part of arbitration proceedings and other dispute resolution services. I also have experience in reviewing Master Programmes and Updated Programmes submitted by Work Package Contractors, as well as in setting up and updating Master Programmes and generating weekly/monthly reports. I am listed in “Who’s Who in Engineering Malaysia, First Edition, Volume 1, 2022” by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). I am also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE).
