Personal bio
I was born in Taiwan and have lived in a few countries, including Taiwan, the USA, Japan, New Zealand, to study, to work, and to experience different cultures, as well as to observe the ways adopted to resolve disputes in different countries. Currently, I am a director of E&F Freedom Institute where mediation and negotiation are part of work, and would like to extend my practices to arbitration as well as mediation & negotiation for different groups/countries. I hold a Ph.D. degree in economics at Vanderbilt University in the USA and a LLM degree in International Commercial Law & Practices at Edinburgh Law School. Prior to the current position, I worked in academia and have several publications, including a book, titled "Capital Flows, Financial Markets, and Banking Crises" by Routledge publisher. Throughout my career working with public and private sectors within and across countries, I have been put in a position to resolve disputes between individuals, departments, and organizations.
