Fernando Messias, LLB, LLM in International Trade Law, PhD in Tourism and Postdoctoral Fellow in Psychology, works as a lawyer, arbitrator and mediator in Portugal and internationally. Specialising in domestic and international arbitration, legal advice in the areas of real estate, industry, tourism and business law, his research focuses on the intersection between Law, Organisational Psychology and Management. Author of multidisciplinary works, he collaborates with companies to optimise organisational performance, applying methods such as Basadur Simplex in the creative resolution of organisational problems.
