James has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, providing quantum expertise, claims consultancy, quantity surveying, contract management and dispute resolution services across a broad range of industry sectors, contracting models and project circumstances. James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with a post-graduate qualification in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. James has worked on, and provided advice on, numerous contracts and claims for both Clients and Contractors, often in circumstances of project duress. This has included providing proactive project contract administration support, post-contract commercial close-out, dispute avoidance and resolution strategy, applications for adjudication, independent expert analysis and the preparation of expert reports.
