Nester is an Associate of CIArb and International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualifed Mediator, who has completed her mediation training through a 40 hours Mediation Training Programme in Phoenix Dispute Solutions. Nester is a qualified Lawyer (non practicing) in New South Wales, an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, and a Cerified Anti-Money Landunering Specialist (CAMS). Nester holds a MBA degree from University of Aberdeen, a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, a Master of Arts in Law from University of Sheffield, a Bachelor of Accounting with Finance degree from University of Portsmouth, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) from The College of Law, and a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law. She has also completed an Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Nester has solid compliance experience for more than five years specialised in various SFC licensed corporations and performing consulting services in Hong Kong. She was also the Compliants Officer of various licensed corporations to handle any dispute that incurred by client complaints.
