Recent cases include: - representing a Swiss oil trader in an LCIA dispute with an Emirati state-owned company concerning the shipment of several million tons of crude oil per year; - representing a Ukrainian coal trader in an LCIA dispute with Russian counterparts concerning three delivery contracts and assignment agreements; - representing a telecom company in a shareholders dispute concerning one of Georgia's largest mobile operators
