Career Summary Overall: 24 years (International: 15 yrs, India: 9 yrs) Shiva is an honors graduate in Mechanical Engineering with lessons of leadership from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and also a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (NCMA, USA) and MRICS (UK). He has around twenty-four (24) plus years of enriching experience in Contracts & Commercial Management honed with real time industry exposure of negotiating, structuring and managing multi-billion dollar EPC, EPCM & Construction Proposals and Contracts (Project TIC ranging from USD 28.5 Million to 3.8 Billion) in the Energy (Oil &Gas, Power), Steel & Building/Infrastructure sector Projects. He is currently based in Sharjah (UAE) and is associated with Mandir Limited as Sr. Advisor (Contracts). His last assignment was with Petrofac International Ltd. where he lead Petrofac, Saipem & Samsung Joint Venture Contracts Management team for managing their ~US $ 3.8 Billion Project of Thai Oil Public Ltd.
