I am on the arbitration and mediation panels of the AAA, CPR, American Health Law Association, FINRA, Resolute Systems, NAM. I am also IMI certified and CEDR Accredited. My litigation experience includes as an enforcement attorney for the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, D.C. Formerly served as Corporate Counsel for what is presently Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter (formerly Smith Barney). Associate General Counsel for COMEX, which is now a designated market of the CME group. Former Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association, Counsel Member of CPR, Vice Chair of the International Bar Association Mediation Committee, Academic Board Member of the Miami International Arbitration Society. I teach international arbitration, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
