Iain Aitchison LLM MArch FDBF FCIArb I am a registered Architect in Germany and in UK and live in Munich and London. I am an internationally recognized delay expert, with more than 30 years of experience in the international construction industry, and expertise in complex buildings, power and process plants, and major infrastructure projects. I am regularly appointed as an independent expert on complex and high-value disputes and have given expert evidence in ICC Arbitration on delay and FIDIC contract administration issues. I am an accredited dispute board member, mediator, and international arbitrator, and I have experience of virtual hearings in international commercial arbitration and of resolving disputes in virtual mediation. I am a practising arbitrator, and available to serve on DRB/DAB or sit in construction arbitration.
