Handled cases under various arbitration rules and institutions, as well as ad hoc proceedings, involving diverse sectors such as energy, mining, transportation, satellites, financial, and biosciences. Advising clients on treaty interpretation, investment protection, state responsibility, sovereign immunity, and international water law.
