Krishnakumar is a member of CIArb and an RICS with Civil Engineering background having more than 28 years’ experience in construction disputes and project management.

His main experience is in the preparation of expert witness reports in arbitration, delay analysis, forensic analysis, preparation of claims & defending claims, illustration of delays using advanced tools, data management in varying sectors.

For the past 14 years, he was responsible for the preparation of expert witness reports for the matters in delay for International Arbitrations. He is well-versed in the advanced delay analysis techniques and expert in the use and application of various planning software for project management, analysis and quantification of project delays.
He focuses on the large-scale projects in oil & gas, infrastructure development, transportation, major civil engineering, airports, buildings, MEP, utilities, treatment plants, manufacturing plants and marine.
He has also provided independent advice to developers / engineers / consultants on matters of delay for major development projects. Prior to providing claim related services, he has carried out project management related functions for the construction of public and private projects in Middle East/Asia.
