Acting as arbitrator in commercial disputes. Acting as Counsel in a number of investment treaty arbitrations, including both ICSID and ad hoc, as well as in inter-State arbitration. Acting as secretary to the Tribunal in a number of investor-State disputes, and in ad hoc commercial arbitrations.
