Personal bio

Dmytro Tupchiienko is a multidisciplinary consultant, focusing on risk and compliance issues and regulatory work. He has over 25 years’ experience having worked as a locum tenens for multiple legal and professional services firms, including 'Magic Circle' and 'Big 4'. He was an advisor on several EU-financed projects on Rule of Law, Critical Infrastructure and Digital Security in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Middle East. Additionally, in 2016 he acted as an expert evaluator for the Horizon-2020 Secure Societies calls (Critical Infrastructure and Digital Security) organised by the EU Research Executive Agency. In January 2018 Dmytro was summoned as an expert witness to the House of Commons' Brexit Select Committee. In 2013 he was an Editor of a Commentary to the Commercial Code of Ukraine. Dmytro is a member of the Middle Temple and has degrees from LSE, Cambridge, Louvain and Bochum, among others.
