Senior Consultant, based in the Dubai office, carrying out due diligence exercises, developing business case (stakeholder identification, capex and opex studies, risk identification) and taking role on transaction advisory works (Technical requirements, EOI, RFQ, RFP, detailed risk assessment, scope review, stakeholder engagement) in Inception phases. Deliver procurement support during development phase (tender administration, evaluation of bidders, technical advisory on programme and schedule review).
