A seasoned professional with techno-legal expertise in construction law, program management, and dispute resolution, having 20 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects for government subsidiaries, major corporations, developers, publicly listed companies, engineering consultants, and main contractors in diverse cultural settings across Oman, Saudi Arabia, and India.
Successfully delivered high-end mixed-use hospitality, hospitals, educational institutions, residential complexes, commercial ventures, industrial sites, and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, adhering to best practice principles, protocols, and guidelines established by RICS, ICCP, CIOB, PMP, FIDIC, SCL and UNIDROIT to maximize the social and economic benefits of these initiatives.

Commercial Management: entails developing project and client requirements, drafting commercial terms, creating cost plans, analysing and mitigating qualitative and quantitative risks. Additionally, it includes value engineering, tender evaluations and negotiations, post-contract administration, work valuations, and financial management and control.
Programme Management: encompasses organizing, directing, monitoring, and controlling various projects from initiation to closeout. This includes coordinating and overseeing the operations of various design consultants and execution department.
Dispute Resolution: covers arbitration, expert witness services, project audits and evaluations, as well as litigation support for both contentious and non-contentious disputes related to construction and infrastructure projects.
