I am a Barrister & Solicitor in British Columbia, am a Fellow of CIArb, (FCIArb), a Chartered Mediator (C.Med.) and Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb.) awarded by the ADR Institute of Canada, and certified by the Law Society of British Columbia in family mediation and arbitration. I am a Bencher (Governor) and Tribunal member of the Law Society of British Columbia and am a Past President of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch and a Past President of the ADR Institute of British Columbia. I sit as a member of the domestic roster of the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC). In 2017 I was awarded a Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) by the Province of British Columbia for service to the profession and to the public.
