Over thirty (30) years of experience in infrastructure planning and development majorly in the transport sector. Specific areas of expertise are: transportation/mobility planning, traffic engineering/management, public transport planning and management, procurement using Multi-lateral Development Banks’ guidelines, contract negotiations, engineering consultancy and works contracts management, road construction supervision, claims management, construction dispute avoidance and adjudication and public administration. Worked with Government Agencies, Development Partners and the private sector.
